Surah AN-noor
ALLAH K NAAM SY SHUROO JO BOHUT MEHRBAN NEHAYAT REHEM FARMANY
WALA HY
1. (Ye) aik (Azeem) Soorat hy jisy Ham
ny utaara hy aur Ham ny is (k ahkaam) ko Farz kr dia hy aur Ham ny is meiñ
waazeh Aayateñ naazal farmai heñ ta k tum naseehat haasil kro¤
2. Bd-kaar aurat aur bd-kaar mard (aggar
ghair shadi-shudda hoñ) to on donoñ meiñ sy har aik ko (Sharaet-e-Hadd k saath
jurm-e-Zanaa k saabit ho jany par) so (so) Korhy maaro (ye khitaab hukkaam ko
hy. Mard ko korhy lgany k waqt kharha kia jaey aur us k tmaam kaprhy utaar diye
jaeñ siwa tehband k aur us k tmaam baddan par korhy lgaey jaeñ siwaey sar,
chehry aur sharm-gaah k. Aurat ko korhy lgany k waqt na kharha kia jaey na us k
kaprhy utaary jaeñ jab k shadi-shudda mard-o-aurat ki bd-kaari par sazaa Rajjam
hy aur ye Sazaa-e-Mot hy. Lawaatat sy Hadd Waajib naheeñ hoti) aur tumheñ on
donoñ par (Deen k Hukam k ijraa) meiñ zarraa tars naheeñ aana chahye aggar tum
Allah par aur Aakhirat k Din par Emaan rakhty ho, aur chahye k on donoñ ki
sazaa (k moqa') par Musalmanoñ ki (aik ach'chhi khaasi) jama'at mojood ho¤
3. Bd-kaar mard siwaey bd-kaar aurat ya
Mushrik aurat k (kisi pakeeza aurat sy) Nikaah (krna pasand) naheeñ krta aur
bd-kaar aurat (bhi) siwaey bd-kaar mard ya Mushrik k (kisi Saaleh shakhs sy)
Nikaah (krna pasand) naheeñ krti (q k Khabees ka mailaan Khabees he ki tarraf
hota hy aur Naikoñ ko Khabeesoñ ki tarraf raghbat naheeñ hoti. Muhaajreen meiñ
baaz bilkul naadaar thy na on k paas kuchh maal tha na on ka koi azeez qreeb
tha aur bd-kaar aurateñ dolat-mand aur maaldaar theeñ. Ye daikh kr kisi
Muhaajar ko kheyaal aaya k aggar on auratoñ sy Nikaah kr lia jaey to on ki
dolat kaam meiñ aey gi. Sayyad-e-Aalam s.a.w.w sy onhoñ ny ijaazat chahi is par
ye Aayat-e-Karima naazal hui aur onheñ is sy rok dia gea), aur ye (yani
Fail-e-Zanaa) Musalmanoñ par haraam kr dia gea hy¤
4. Aur jo log paak-daaman auratoñ par
(bd-kaari ki) tuhmat lgaeñ phir chaar (4) gawaah paish na kr sakkeñ to tum
onheñ (Sazaa-e-Qazzaf k tor par) assi (80) korhy lgao (Hadd-e-Qazzaf mutaalba
par mashroot hy. Jis par tuhmat lgai gai hy aggar wo mutaalba na kry to Qazi
par Hadd qaem krna laazim naheeñ. Mutaalba ka haq usi ko hy jis par tuhmat lgai
gai hy. Aggar wo marr gea ho to us k baity poty ko bhi mutaalba ka haq haasil
hy) aur kabhi bhi on ki gawaahi qabool na kro (jo Zanaa ki tuhmat meiñ
sazaa-yaab hoñ. Aisy logoñ ko Mardoodush-shahaada kehty heñ), aur yehi bd-kaar
log heñ¤
5. Siwaey on k jinhoñ ny us (tuhmat
lgany) k baad Toba kr li aur (apni) islaah kr li to baishak Allah barha
bakhshny wala nehaayat Mehrban hy (on ka shumaar Faasiqoñ meiñ naheeñ ho ga maggar
is sy Hadd-e-Qazzaf muaaf naheeñ ho gi)¤
6. Aur jo log apni biviyoñ par (bd-kaari
yani Zanaa ki) tuhmat lgaeñ aur on k paas siwaey apni zaat k koi gawaah na hoñ to
aisy kisi bhi aik shakhs ki gawaahi ye hy k (wo khud) chaar (4) martba Allah ki
Qassam kha kr gawaahi dy k wo (ilzaam lgany meiñ) sach'cha hy¤
7. Aur paañchveeñ martba ye (kahy) k us
par Allah ki Laanat ho aggar wo jhoota ho (is ko La'aan kehty heñ. Jab mard
apni bivi par Zanaa ki tuhmat lgaey to aggar mard-o-aurat donoñ Shahaadat k ehl
hoñ aur aurat is par mutaalba kry to mard par La'aan Waajib ho jata hy. Aggar
wo La'aan sy inkaar kry to us ko us waqt tak qaid meiñ rak'kha jaey ga jab tak
wo La'aan kry ya apny jhoot ka iqraar kry. Aggar jhoot ka iqraar kry to us ko
Sazaa-e-Qazzaf k tor par 80 korhy lgaey
jaeñ gy. Aggar La'aan kry to us par sy Hadd-e-Qazzaf saaqat ho jaey gi)¤
8. Aur (isi tarrah) ye baat us (aurat)
sy (bhi) sazaa ko taal sakti hy (jis par us k shohar ny Zanaa ki tuhmat lgai
ho) k wo chaar (4) martba Allah ki Qassam kha kr (khud) gawaahi dy k wo (mard
us tuhmat k lgany meiñ) jhoota hy¤
9. Aur paañchveeñ martba ye (kahy) k us
par (yani mujh par) Allah ka ghazzab ho aggar ye (mard is ilzaam lgany meiñ)
sach'cha ho (mard k La'aan k baad aurat par La'aan Waajib ho ga, inkaar kry gi
to qaid ki jaey gi yahaañ tak k La'aan manzoor kry ya shohar k ilzaam ki
tasdeeq kry. Aggar tasdeeq kry to us par Zanaa ki Hadd lgai jaey gi aur aggar
La'aan kry to us sy Zanaa ki Hadd saaqat ho jaey gi)¤
10.
Aur
aggar tum par Allah ka Fazzal aur Us ki Rehmat na hoti (to tum aisy haalaat
meiñ zeyaada praishaan hoty) aur baishak Allah barha he toba qabool farmany
wala barhi Hikmat wala hy¤
11.
Baishak
jin logoñ ny (Ayesha Siddiqa Tayyaba Tahira R.A par) buhtaan lgaya tha (wo bhi)
tum he meiñ sy aik jama'at the (5 Hijri meiñ Ghazwa-e-Banni-Al-Mustaliq sy
waapsi k waqt qaafla qreeb-e-Madina aik parhao par thehra to Ayesha R.A
zaroorat k liye kisi gosha meiñ tashreef ly gaeeñ wahaañ Aap R.A ka haar toot
gea. Us ki tlaash meiñ masroof ho gaeeñ. Idhar qaafla ny kooch kia aur Aap R.A
ka mahmal shareef ooñt par kass dia aur onheñ yehi kheyaal raha k Aap R.A us
meiñ heñ. Qaafla chall dia. Aap R.A aa kr qaafla ki jagga baith gaeeñ aur Aap
R.A ny kheyaal kia k Meri tlaash meiñ qaafla zaroor waapas ho ga. Qaafla k peechhy
girri parhi cheez uthany k liye aik saahab raha krty thy, us moqa' par Hazrat
Safwaan R.A is kaam par thy. Jab wo aaey to Aap R.A ko daikh kr onhoñ ny apni
ooñtni bithai, Aap R.A us ooñtni par sawaar ho kr lashkar meiñ pohncheeñ. Munaafiqeen
ny ohaam-e-faasid phailaey aur Aap R.A ki Shaan meiñ bd-goi shuroo ki), tum is
(buhtaan k waqea) ko apny haqq meiñ bura matt samjho balky wo tumhary haq meiñ
behtar (ho gea) hy (q k tumheñ isi hwaly sy Ahkaam-e-Sharee'at mil gaey aur
Ayesha Siddiqa Tayyaba Tahira R.A ki Paak-Daamni ka Gawaah khud Allah bann gea jis
sy tumheñ On ki Shaan ka patta chall gea), on (Munaafiqeen) meiñ sy har aik k
liye utna he gunaah hy jitna us ny kmaya (yani ba-qaddar us k ammal k, kisi ny
toofaan uthaya kisi ny buhtaan uthany waly ki zubani mawaafqat ki koi hañs dia kisi
ny khamoshi k saath sun he lia, jis ny jo kia us ka badla paey ga), aur on meiñ
sy jis ny is (buhtaan) meiñ sb sy zeyaada hissa lia (k apny dil sy ye toofaan
garha aur wo Abdullah-bin-Ubai-bin-Salool hy) us k liye zabbar-dast azaab hy¤
12.
Aisa q na huwa k jab tum ny us (buhtaan) ko
suna tha (jo Ayesha Siddiqa R.A par lgaya gea tha) to Momin mard aur Momin
aurateñ apnoñ k bary meiñ naik gumaan kr laity aur (ye) keh daity k ye khulla
(jhoot par mabni) buhtaan hy (Musalmaan ko yehi hukam hy k Musalmaan k saath
naik gumaan kry. Baaz gumrah bay-baak ye kehty heñ k Sayyad-e-Aalam s.a.w.w ko
MA'AAZALLAH is muaamla meiñ bd-gumaani ho gai the. Allah Momineen sy farmata hy
k tum ny naik gumaan q na kia to ye kaisy mumkin hy k Rasool-e-Akram s.a.w.w
bd-gumaani krty)¤
13.
Ye
(iftraa pardaaz log) is (toofaan) par chaar (4) gawaah q na laey, phir jab wo
gawaah naheeñ la sakky to yehi log Allah k nazdeek jhooty heñ (chunañchy
buhtaan lgany waloñ par ba-Hukm-e-Rasool s.a.w.w Hadd qaem ki gai aur assi assi
korhy lgaey gaey)¤
14.
Aur aggar tum par dunia-o-Aakhirat meiñ Allah
ka Fazzal aur Us ki Rehmat na hoti (dunia meiñ toba k liye muhlat daina aur
Aakhirat meiñ afw-o-darguzar farmana) to jis (tuhmat k) charchy meiñ tum parh
gaey ho us par tumheñ zabbar-dast azaab pohnchta¤
15.
Jab
tum us (baat) ko (yani us buhtaan ko jo Ayesha Siddiqa R.A par lgaya gea, aik dusry sy sun kr) apni zubanoñ par laty
rahy aur apny mooñh sy wo kuchh kehty rahy jis ka (khud) tumheñ koi ilm he na
tha aur is (charchy) ko ma'mooli baat kheyaal kr rahy thy (aur ye sammajh rahy
thy k is meiñ barha gunaah naheeñ), halaañky wo Allah k hazoor bohut barhi
(jasaarat ho rahi) the (aur jurm-e-azeem tha)¤
16.
Aur
jab tum ny ye (buhtaan) suna tha to tum ny (usi waqt) ye q na keh dia k hmary
liye ye (jaez he) naheeñ k ham isy zubaan par ly aeñ (balky tum ye kehty k Ay
Allah) Tu Paak hy (is baat sy k aisi aurat ko Apny Habib-e-Mukarram s.a.w.w ki
Mehboob Zoja bna dy) ye bohut barha buhtaan hy (Ye mumkin he naheeñ k kisi Nabi
ki Bibi bd-kaar ho agarchy us ka mubtlaey Kufr hona mumkin hy q k Añmbiyaa a.s
Kuffaar ki tarraf mab'oos hoty heñ to laazim hy k jo cheez Kuffaar k nazdeek
bhi qaabil-e-nafrat ho us sy wo paak hoñ aur zaahir hy k aurat ki bd-kaari on k
nazdeek bhi qaabil-e-nafrat hy)¤
17.
Allah
tum ko naseehat farmata hy k phir kabhi bhi aisi baat (umr bhr) na krna aggar
tum Ehl-e-Emaan ho¤
18.
Aur Allah tumhary liye Aayatoñ ko waazeh tor
par beyaan farmata hy, aur Allah khoob jaan'ny wala barhi Hikmat wala hy¤
19.
Baishak
jo log is baat ko pasand krty heñ k Musalmanoñ meiñ bay-hayaai phaily on k liye
dunia aur Aakhirat meiñ dard-naak azaab hy (dunia meiñ on par Hadd qaem ki jaey
gi jaisy ibn-e-Ubai aur Hassaan aur Mistah par Hadd qaem ki gai aur aggar
bay-toba marr jaeñ to Aakhirat meiñ on k liye Dozakh hy), aur Allah (aisy logoñ
k azaaem ko) jaanta hy aur tum naheeñ jaanty¤
20.
Aur
aggar tum par (Us Rasool-e-Mukarram s.a.w.w k sadqa meiñ) Allah ka Fazzal aur
Us ki Rehmat na hoti to (tum bhi pehli Ummatoñ ki tarrah tabaah kr diye jaty) maggar
Allah barha Shafeeq barha Rehem farmany wala hy¤
21.
Ay
Emaan walo! Shetan k raastoñ par na challo (aur buhtaan uthany waloñ ki baatoñ
par kaan na lgao), aur jo shakhs Shetan k raastoñ par chalta hy to wo yaqinan
bay-hayaai aur bury kaamoñ (k frogh) ka hukam daita hy, aur aggar tum par Allah
ka Fazzal aur Us ki Rehmat na hoti to tum meiñ sy koi shakhs bhi kabhi (is
gunaah-e-tuhmat k daagh sy) paak na ho sakta (aur Allah us ko
toba-o-husn-e-ammal ki tofeeq na daita) laikin Allah jisy chaahta hy (us ki
toba qabool farma kr usy) paak farma daita hy, aur Allah khoob sun'ny wala
jaan'ny wala hy¤
22.
Aur
tum meiñ sy (Deeni) buzurgi waly aur (duniyavi) kashaesh waly (ab) is baat ki
qassam na khaeñ k wo (is buhtaan k jurm meiñ shareek) rishta-daaroñ aur
muhtajoñ aur Allah ki Raah meiñ Hijrat krny waloñ ko (maali imdaad na) deñ gy (Mistah
Abu Bakr R.A k khala-zaad thy aur bohut naadaar thy. Abu Bakr R.A he on ka
kharch uthaty thy. Ayesha Siddiqa R.A par tuhmat lgany waloñ k saath onhoñ ny
mawaafqat ki the, is par Abu Bakr R.A ny qassam khai k Mistah ki maddad na kreñ
gy) onheñ chaahye k (on ka qasoor) muaaf kr deñ aur (on ki ghalti sy) darguzzar
kreñ, kia tum is baat ko pasand naheeñ krty k Allah tumheñ bakhsh dy, aur Allah
barha bakhshny wala Mehrban hy (Ye Aayat sun kr Abu Bakr R.A ny kaha k baishak
meri aarzoo hy k Allah meri maghfirat kry so maiñ Mistah ki jo maddad krta tha us
ko jari rak'khoñ ga)¤
23.
Baishak jo log on paarsa Momin aurtoñ par jo
(burai k tasawwar sy bhi) bay-khabbar aur na-aashna heñ (aisi) tuhmat lgaty heñ
wo dunia aur Aakhirat (donoñ jahaanoñ) meiñ mal'oon heñ aur on k liye
zabbar-dast azaab hy¤
24.
Jis
din (yani Roz-e-Qeyaamat khud) on ki zubaneñ aur on k haath aur on k paoñ onhi
k khilaaf gawaahi deñ gy k jo kuchh wo krty rahy thy¤
25.
Us
din Allah onheñ on (k aa'maal) ki poori poori jazaa jis k wo sahi haqdaar heñ dy
dy ga aur wo jaan leñ gy k Allah (khud bhi) Haq hy (aur haq ko) zaahir farmany
wala (bhi) hy (Quran meiñ kisi gunaah par aisi taghleez-o-tashdeed aur
takraar-o-takeed naheeñ farmai gai jaisi k Ayesha Siddiqa R.A par buhtaan
baandhny par farmai gai. Is sy Sayyad-e-Aalam s.a.w.w ki wuq'at-o-manzilat
zaahir hoti hy)¤
26.
Na-paak
aurteñ na-paak mardoñ k liye (makhsoos) heñ aur pleed mard pleed aurtoñ k liye
heñ, aur (isi tarrah) paak-o-tayyab aurteñ pakeeza mardoñ k liye (makhsoos) heñ
aur paak-o-tayyab mard pakeeza aurtoñ k liye heñ (so tum Rasoolullah s.a.w.w ki Pakeezgi-o-Tahaarat ko
daikh kr khud soch laity k Allah ny On k liye Zoja bhi kis qaddar
Pakeeza-o-Tayyab bnai ho gi), Ye (Pakeeza Log) on (tuhmatoñ) sy kuliyyatan
barri heñ jo ye (bd-zubaan) log keh rahy heñ, On (Pakeeza Logoñ) k liye (to)
bakhshaesh aur izzat-o-Buzurgi wali ataa (muqaddar ho chukki) hy (tum On ki
Shaan meiñ zubaan-drazi kr k q apna mooñh kala aur apni Aakhirat
tabaah-o-barbaad krty ho)¤
27.
Ay
Emaan walo! Apny gharroñ k siwa dusry gharroñ meiñ daakhil na huwa kro, yahaañ
tak k tum on sy ijaazat ly lo aur on k rehny waloñ ko (daakhil hoty he) Salaam
kaha kro, ye tumhary liye behtar (naseehat) hy ta k tum (Us ki Hikmatoñ meiñ)
ghor-o-fikr kro¤
28.
Phir
aggar tum on (gharroñ) meiñ kisi shakhs ko mojood na pao to tum on k andar matt
jaya kro yahaañ tak k tumheñ (is baat ki) ijaazat di jaey aur aggar tum sy kaha
jaey k waapas chally jao to tum waapas pallat jaya kro, ye tumhary haq meiñ
barhi pakeeza baat hy, aur Allah on kaamoñ sy jo tum krty ho khoob aagaah hy¤
29.
Is
meiñ tum par gunaah naheeñ k tum on makaanaat (o-imaaraat) meiñ jo kisi ki
mustaqil rehaesh-gaah naheeñ heñ (maslan hotel, sraey aur musaafir-khany
waghaira meiñ baghair ijaazat k) chally jao (k) in meiñ tumheñ faeda uthany ka
haq (haasil) hy, aur Allah on (sb baatoñ) ko jaanta hy jo tum zaahir krty ho aur
jo tum chhupaty ho¤
30.
Aap
(s.a.w.w) Momin mardoñ sy farma deñ k wo apni nigaheñ neechi rak'kha kreñ (aur
jis cheez ka daikhna jaez naheeñ us par nazzar na daleñ) aur apni sharm-gahoñ
ki hifaazat kia kreñ, ye on k liye barhi pakeeza baat hy, baishak Allah on
kaamoñ sy khoob aagaah hy jo ye anjaam dy rahy heñ¤
31.
Aur
Aap (s.a.w.w) Momin aurtoñ sy farma deñ k wo (bhi) apni nigaheñ neechi rak'kha
kreñ (aur ghair-mardoñ ko na daikheñ) aur apni sharm-gahoñ ki hifaazat kia kreñ
(aur znaa-o-hraam sy bach'cheñ) aur apni aaraesh-o-zaibaesh ko zaahir na kia
kreñ siwaey (usi hissa) k jo us meiñ sy khud zaahir hota hy aur wo apny sarroñ
par aurhy huwy dopatty (aur chaadreñ) apny graibanoñ aur seenoñ par (bhi) daly
raha kreñ aur wo apny bnao siñggaar ko (kisi par) zaahir na kia kreñ siwaey
apny shohroñ k ya apny baap-dada ya apny shohroñ k baap-dada k (k wo bhi mehram
ho jaty heñ) ya apny baitoñ (aur onheeñ k hukam meiñ hy on ki olaad) ya apny
shohroñ k baitoñ k (k wo bhi mehram ho gaey) ya apny bhaiyoñ ya apny bhateejoñ ya
apny bhaañjoñ k (aur onheeñ k hukam meiñ heñ chach'cha, mamu waghaira) ya apni
(ham-maz'hab, Musalmaan) aurtoñ ya apni mamlooka baandiyoñ k ya mardoñ meiñ sy
wo khidmat-gaar jo (itny boorhy hoñ k) khwahesh-o-shahwat sy khali hoñ ya wo
(na-baaligh) bach'chy jo (km-sinni k baes abhi) aurtoñ ki parda wali cheezoñ sy
aagaah naheeñ huwy (ye bhi mustasna heñ. In par apna siñggaar zaahir krna mam'noo'
naheeñ) aur na (chalty huwy) apny paoñ (zmeen par is tarrah) maara kreñ k (pairoñ
ki jhañkkaar sy) on ka wo siñgghaar maa'loom ho jaey jisy wo (Hukm-e-Sharee'at
sy) posheeda kiye huwy heñ (is liye chaahye k aurteñ bajy-daar jhaañjhan na
pehneñ), aur tum sb k sb Allah k hazoor toba kro ay Momino! Ta k tum (on
Ah'kaam par ammal paira ho kr) flaah pa jao¤
32.
Aur
tum apny mardoñ aur aurtoñ meiñ sy on ka Nikaah kr dia kro jo (umr-e-Nikaah k
bawjood) baghair azdwaji zindagi k (reh rahy) hoñ aur apny ba-slaahiyat
ghulamoñ aur baandiyoñ ka bhi (Nikaah kr dia kro), aggar wo muhtaaj hoñ gy (to)
Allah Apny Fazzal sy onheñ ghanni kr dy ga, aur Allah barhi Wus'at wala barhy
ilm wala hy¤
33.
Aur
aisy logoñ ko Paak-daamni ikhteyaar krna chaahye jo Nikaah (ki istata'at)
naheeñ paty yahaañ tak k Allah onheñ Apny Fazzal sy ghanni farma dy, aur
tumhary zair-e-dast (ghulamoñ aur baandiyoñ) meiñ sy jo makaatib (kuchh maal
kmaa kr dainy ki shart par aazaad) hona chaheñ to onheñ Makaatib (mazkoora
shart par aazaad) kr do aggar tum on meiñ bhlai jaanty ho, aur tum (khud bhi)
onheñ Allah k maal meiñ sy (aazaad hony k liye) dy do jo Us ny tumheñ ataa
farmaya hy, aur tum apni baandiyoñ ko duniyavi zindagi ka faeda haasil krny k
liye bd-kaari par majboor na kro jab k wo paak-daaman (ya hifaazat-e-Nikaah
meiñ) rehna chaahti heñ, aur jo shakhs onheñ majboor kry ga to Allah on k
majboor ho jany k baad (bhi) barha bakhshny wala Mehrban hy¤
34.
Aur
baishak Ham ny tumhari tarraf waazeh aur Roshan Aayateñ naazal farmai heñ (jinhoñ
ny Halaal-o-Haraam, Hadood-o-Ahkaam sb ko waazeh kr dia) aur kuchh on logoñ ki
misaaleñ (yani qissa-e-Ayesha Siddiqa R.A ki tarrah qissa-e-Mar'yam A.S aur
qissa-e-Yousuf A.S) jo tum sy pehly guzzar chukky heñ aur (ye) par'haiz-gaaroñ
k liye naseehat hy¤
35.
Allah Aasmanoñ aur Zmeen ka Noor hy Us k Noor
ki Misaal (Jo Noor-e-Muhammadi s.a.w.w ki Shakkal meiñ Dunia meiñ Roshan hy) Us
Taaq (Numa Seena-e-Aqdas) jaisi hy Jis meiñ Charaagh (e-Nabuwwat Roshan) hy; (Wo)
Charaagh, Fanoos (yani Qalb-e-Muhammadi s.a.w.w) meiñ rak'kha hy. (Ye) Fanoos
(Noor-e-Elahi k parto sy is qaddar Munawwar hy) goya Aik Drakhshanda Sitara hy (Ye
Charaagh-e-Nabuwwat) Jo Zaitoon k Mubarak Drakht sy (yani Aalam-e-Aqdas k
Ba-Barkat Raabta-e-Wahi sy ya Añmbiyaa-o-Rusul a.s k Mubarak Shajra-e-Nabuwwat
sy) Roshan huwa hy na (faqqat) Sharqi hy aur na Gharbi (balky Apny Faiz-e-Noor
ki Wus'at meiñ Aalam-Geer hy). Aisa ma'loom hota hy k is ka Tail (Khud he)
Chammak raha hy agarchy abhi isy (Wahi-e-Rabbaani aur Mo'jizaat-e-Aasmani ki)
Aag ny chhuwwa bhi naheeñ (Wo) Noor k oopar Noor hy (yani Noor-e-Wajood par

(Allah
ka Ye Noor) Aisy Gharroñ (Masaajid aur Mraakaz) meiñ (mu'yassar aata hy) jin
(ki qadr-o-manzilat) k buland kiye jany aur jin meiñ Allah k Naam ka Zikr kiye
jany ka Hukam Allah ny dia hy (Ye Wo Ghr heñ k Allah Waly) in meiñ
subah-o-shaam Us ki Tasbeeh krty heñ¤
37.
(Allah
k is Noor k haamil) wohi Mardaan (e-Khuda) heñ jinheñ tijaarat aur
khreed-o-frokht na Allah ki Yaad sy ghaafil krti hy aur na Namaz qaem krny sy aur
na Zakaat adaa krny sy (balky duniyavi fraez ki adaegi k doraan bhi) wo
(hamma-waqt) us Din sy darty rehty heñ jis meiñ (khof k baes) dil aur aañkheñ
(sb) ullat pallat ho jaeñ gi¤
38.
Ta
k Allah onheñ on (Naik) Aa'maal ka behtar badla dy jo onhoñ ny kiye heñ aur
Apny Fazzal sy onheñ aur (bhi) zeyaada (ataa) farma dy aur Allah jisy chaahta
hy baghair hisaab k rizq (o-ataa) sy nawaazta hy¤
39.
Aur
Kaafiroñ k aa'maal chatt'yal maidaan meiñ sraab ki maanind heñ jis ko payaasa
pani samajhta hy yahaañ tak k jab us k paas aata hy to usy kuchh (bhi) naheeñ
pata (isi tarrah us ny Aakhirat meiñ) Allah ko apny paas paya (aur samjha k
Allah usy us ki naikiyoñ ka sawaab dy ga) maggar Allah ny us ka poora hisaab
(dunia meiñ he) chukaa dia tha, aur Allah jald hisaab krny wala hy¤
40.
Ya
(Kaafiroñ k aa'maal) us gehry samundar ki taarikiyoñ ki maanind heñ jisy moj ny
dhaañmpa huwa ho (phir) us k oopar aik aur moj ho (aur) us k oopar baadal hoñ (ye
teh-darr-teh) taarikiyañ aik dusry k oopar heñ, jab (aisy tareek samundar meiñ
doobny wala koi shakhs) apna haath baahir nikaaly to usy (koi bhi) daikh na
sakky, aur jis k liye Allah he ny Noor (e-Hadaayat) naheeñ bnaya to us k liye
(kaheeñ bhi) Noor naheeñ hota¤
41.
Kia
tum ny naheeñ daikha k jo koi bhi aasmanoñ aur zmeen meiñ hy wo (sb) Allah he
ki Tasbeeh krty heñ aur prindy (bhi aasmaan-o-zmeen k darmeyaan fizaoñ meiñ)
par phailaey huwy (Usi ki Tasbeeh krty heñ), har aik (Allah k hazoor) apni
Namaz aur apni Tasbeeh ko jaanta hy, aur Allah on kamoñ sy khoob aagaah hy jo
wo anjaam daity heñ¤
42.
Aur
sary aasmanoñ aur zmeen ki Hukmrani Allah he ki hy, aur sb ko Usi ki tarraf lot
kr jana hy¤
43.
Kia
tum ny naheeñ daikha k Allah he baadal ko (pehly) aahista aahista chlata hy phir
us (k mukhtlif tuk'rhoñ) ko aapas meiñ mila daita hy phir usy teh-ba-teh bna
daita hy phir tum daikhty ho k us k darmeyaan khali jag'hoñ sy barish nikkal kr
brasti hy, aur Wo usi aasmaan (yani fiza) meiñ barfani pahaarhoñ ki tarrah
(dikhai dainy waly) baadloñ meiñ sy oly
barsaata hy, phir jis par chaahta hy on oloñ ko girata hy aur jis sy
chaahta hy on ko phair daita hy (mzeed ye k onhi baadloñ sy bijli bhi paida
krta hy), yooñ lagta hy k us (baadal) ki bijli ki chammak aañkhoñ (ko khaira kr
k on) ki beenai uch'chak ly jaey gi¤

Aur
Allah raat aur din ko (aik dusry k oopar) pallat'ta rehta hy (k raat k baad din
aata hy aur din k baad raat), aur baishak is meiñ aql-o-baseerat waloñ k liye
(barhi) rehnumai hy¤
45.
Aur
Allah ny har aik chalny phirny waly (jaan-daar) ki paidaesh (ki keemiyai ibtda)
pani sy farmai (aur pani in sb ki assal hy aur ye sb bawjood muttahid-ul-assal
hony k baaham kis qaddar mukhtlif-ul-haal heñ. Ye sb Khaaliq-e-Aalam k
Kamaal-e-Qudrat ki Roshan dleel hy), phir on meiñ sy baaz wo huwy jo apny pait
k bal chalty heñ (jaisy saañmp aur keerhy) aur on meiñ sy baaz wo huwy jo 2
paoñ par chalty heñ (jaisy aadmi aur prind), aur on meiñ sy baaz wo huwy jo 4
(pairoñ) par chalty heñ (jaisy drindy), Allah jo chaahta hy paida farmata rehta
hy, baishak Allah har cheez par barha Qaadir hy¤

Yaqinan
Ham ny waazeh aur Roshan beyaan wali Aayateñ naazal farmai heñ, aur Allah (on k
zarriye) jisy chaahta hy seedhi raah ki tarraf hadaayat farma daita hy¤

Aur
wo (log) kehty heñ k ham Allah par aur Rasool (s.a.w.w) par Emaan ly aey heñ aur
ata'at krty heñ phir us (qol) k baad on meiñ sy aik groh (apny iqraar sy)
roo-gardani krta hy, aur ye log (haqiqat meiñ) Momin (he) naheeñ heñ (balky
Munaafiq heñ)¤

Aur
jab on logoñ ko (kisi mu'aamla meiñ) Allah aur Us k Rasool (s.a.w.w) ki tarraf
bulaya jata hy k Wo on k darmeyaan faisla farma dy to us waqt on meiñ sy aik
groh (Darbaar-e-Risaalat s.a.w.w meiñ aany sy) guraizaañ hota hy¤
49.
Aur
aggar wo haq waly hoty to wo Us (Rasool s.a.w.w) ki tarraf mutee' ho kr taizi
sy chally aaty¤
50.
Kia
on k dilloñ meiñ (Munaafiqat ki) bimari hy ya wo (Shaan-e-Risaalat s.a.w.w
meiñ) shakk krty heñ ya wo is baat ka andaisha rakhty heñ k Allah aur Us k
Rasool (s.a.w.w) on par zulm kreñ gy, (naheeñ) balky wohi log khud zaalim heñ¤
51.
Emaan
waloñ ki baat to faqqat ye hoti hy k jab onheñ Allah aur Us k Rasool (s.a.w.w)
ki tarraf bulaya jata hy ta k Wo on k darmeyaan faisla farmaey to wo yehi kuchh
kahaiñ k ham ny sun lia, aur ham (srapa) ata'at-paira ho gaey, aur aisy he log
flaah pany waly heñ¤

Aur
jo shakhs Allah aur Us k Rasool (s.a.w.w) ki ata'at krta hy aur Allah sy darta
aur Us ka taqwa ikhteyaar krta hy pus aisy he log muraad pany waly heñ¤

wo log (yani Munaafiqeen) Allah ki barhi bhaari (takeedi) qasmeñ khaty heñ k aggar
Aap (s.a.w.w) onheñ Hukam deñ to wo (Jahaad k liye) zaroor nikleñ gy, Aap
(s.a.w.w) farma deñ k tum qasmeñ matt khao (balky) ma'roof treeqa sy
farmaañbardari (darkaar) hy, baishak Allah on kaamoñ sy khoob aagaah hy jo tum
krty ho (yani Allah tumhari zubani ata'at aur amli mukhaalifat ko khoob jaanta
hy)¤

ny aisy logoñ sy wa'da farmaya hy, (jis ka eefa aur ta'meel Ummat par laazim
hy), jo tum meiñ sy Emaan laey aur Naik ammal krty rahy (Aap s.a.w.w ny Wahi
naazal hony sy 13 saal tak Apny As'haab k saath Makkah meiñ qeyaam farmaya aur
Kuffaar ki eezaoñ par sabr kia phir Hijrat-e-Madina k baad bhi As'haab har waqt
khatry meiñ rehty. Aik roz aik Sahaabi ny farmaya: Kabhi aisa bhi zmana aey ga
k hammeñ amman mu'yassar ho ga, is par ye Aayat naazal hui k) Wo (Allah) zaroor
inhi (Musalmanoñ) ko zmeen meiñ Khilaafat (yani amaanat-e-iqtdaar ka haq) ataa

sar-zmeen-e-Arab sy Kuffaar mita diye gaey aur Mashriq-o-Maghrib k mamaalik
Allah ny Musalmanoñ k liye fattah kraey aur dunia meiñ on ka rob chha gea), aur
jis ny is k baad na-shukri (yani Mery Ahkaam sy inharaaf-o-inkaar) ko ikhteyaar
kia to wohi log faasiq (o-nafarmaan) hoñ gy¤

Aur
tum Namaz (k nizaam) ko qaem rak'kho aur Zakaat ki adaegi (ka intizaam) krty
raho aur Rasool (s.a.w.w) ki (mukammal) ata'at bjaa lao ta k tum par Rehem kia
jaey (yani ghalba-o-iqtdaar, istehkaam aur amn-o-hifaazat ki Naimtoñ ko
barqaraar rak'kha jaey)¤
57.
Aur
ye kheyaal har-giz na krna k inkaar-o-nashukri krny waly log zmeen meiñ (apny
hlaak kiye jany sy Allah ko) aajiz kr deñ gy, on ka thikana Dozakh hy, aur wo
bohut he bura thikana hy¤
58.
Ay
Emaan walo! Chaahye k tumhary zair-e-dast (ghulaam aur baañdiyaañ) aur tumhary
he wo bach'chy jo (abhi) jawaan naheeñ huwy (balky abhi qreeb-e-bloogh heñ, tumhary
paas aany k liye) 3 mawaaqy' par tum sy
ijaazat lia kreñ, (aik) Namaz-e-Fajr sy pehly (k shab-khwaabi ka libaas tabdeel
krny ka waqt hy) aur (dusry) dopehr k waqt jab tum (aaraam k liye) kaprhy
utaarty ho (aur teh-bnd baandh laity ho) aur (teesry) Namaz-e-Isha k baad (jab
tum khwaab-gahoñ meiñ chally jaty ho k baidari ka libaas tabdeel krny ka waqt
hy), (ye) 3 (waqt) tumhary pardy k heñ, in (oqaat) k elawa na tum par koi
gunaah hy aur na on par, (q k baq'ya oqaat meiñ wo) tumhary haañ kasrat k saath
aik dusry k paas aaty jaty rehty heñ, isi tarrah Allah tumhary liye Aayateñ
waazeh farmata hy aur Allah khoob jaan'ny wala Hikmat wala hy¤
59.
Aur
jab tum meiñ sy bach'chy hadd-e-bloogh ko pohnch jaeñ to wo (tumhary paas aany
k liye tmaam oqaat meiñ) ijaazat lia kreñ jaisa k in sy pehly (deegar baaligh
afraad) ijaazat laity rehty heñ. Is tarrah Allah tumhary liye Apny Ahkaam khoob
waazeh farmata hy, aur Allah khoob ilm wala aur Hikmat wala hy¤
60.
Aur
wo boorhi khana-nasheen aurteñ (jin ki olaad hony ki ummar na rahi aur
peerana-sali k baes) jinheñ (ab) Nikaah ki khwahesh naheeñ rahi on par is baat
meiñ koi gunaah naheeñ k wo apny (oopar sy dhaañmpny waly izaafi) kaprhy utaar
leñ bashartyky wo (bhi) apni aaraesh ko zaahir krny wali na banneñ (aur baal,
seena, pindli waghaira na kholeñ), aur aggar wo (mzeed) par'haizgari ikhteyaar
kreñ (yani zaed orhny waly kaprhy bhi na utaareñ) to on k liye behtar hy, aur
Allah khoob sun'ny wala jaan'ny wala hy¤
61.

apaahaj aur bimaar log tañdrustoñ k saath khana khany sy bachty k kaheeñ kisi
ko nafrat na ho, is par farmaya gea k) Andhy par koi rakaawat naheeñ aur na
lañgrhy par koi harj hy aur na bimaar par koi gunaah hy aur na khud tumhary
liye (koi muzaeqa hy) k tum apny gharroñ sy (khana) kha lo ya apny baap-dada k
gharroñ sy ya apni maoñ k gharroñ sy ya apny bhaiyoñ k gharroñ sy ya apni
behnoñ k gharroñ sy ya apny chachaoñ k gharroñ sy ya apni phoophiyoñ k gharroñ
sy ya apny mamoo'on k gharroñ sy ya apni khalaoñ k gharroñ sy ya jin gharroñ ki
kuñjiyaañ tumhary ikhteyaar meiñ heñ (yani jin meiñ on k maalikoñ ki tarraf sy
tumheñ har qissam k tasarraf ki ijaazat hy) ya apny dostoñ k gharroñ sy (khana
kha lainy meiñ muzaeqa naheeñ), (Qabeela Banni-Lais-bin-Umro k log tanha
baghair mehmaan k khana na khaty thy. Kabhi kabhi mehmaan na milta to subbah sy
shaam tak khana liye baithy rehty, is par farmaya gea k) tum par is baat meiñ
koi gunaah naheeñ k tum sb k sb mil kr khao ya alag alag, phir jab tum gharroñ
meiñ daakhil huwa kro to apny (ghr waloñ) par Salaam kaha kro (ye) Allah ki
tarraf sy ba-Barkat Pakeeza Duaa hy, is tarrah Allah Apni Aayatoñ ko tumhary
liye waazeh farmata hy ta k tum (Ahkaam-e-Sharee'at aur aadaab-e-zindagi ko)

heñ aur jab wo Aap (s.a.w.w) k saath kisi aisy (ijtmai) kaam par haazir hoñ jo
(logoñ ko) yakja krny wala ho to wahaañ sy chally na jaeñ (yani Ummat meiñ
ijtmai'yat aur wahdat paida krny k ammal jaisy k Jahaad aur tadbeer-e-jañg aur
Jumma-o-Eidain waghaira meiñ dil-jammi sy shreek hoñ) jab tak k wo (kisi khaas
uzzar k baes) Aap (s.a.w.w) sy ijaazat na ly leñ, (Ay Rasool-e-Mu'azzam
s.a.w.w) baishak jo log (Aap s.a.w.w he ko Haakim aur Marja' sammajh kr) Aap
(s.a.w.w) sy ijaazat tallab krty heñ wohi log Allah aur Us k Rasool (s.a.w.w)
par Emaan rakhny waly heñ (k on ka ijaazat chaahna nishan-e-farmaañ-bardaari
aur dleel-e-sehat-e-Emaan hy), phir jab wo Aap (s.a.w.w) sy apny kisi kaam k
liye (jany ki) ijaazat chaheñ to Aap (s.a.w.w Haakim-o-Mukhtaar heñ) on meiñ sy
jisy chaheñ ijaazat mar'hamat farma deñ aur on k liye (Apni Majlis sy ijaazat
ly kr jany par bhi) Allah sy bakhshish maañgeñ (k kaheeñ itni baat par bhi
grift na ho jaey, is sy maa'loom huwa k afzal yehi hy k haazir raheñ aur
ijaazat tallab na kreñ), baishak Allah barha bakhshny wala nehaayat Mehrban hy¤
63.
(Ay
Musalmano) Tum Rasool (s.a.w.w) k bulany ko aapas meiñ aik dusry ko bulany ki
misl qraar na do (jab Rasool-e-Akram s.a.w.w ko bulana tumhary baahmi bulawy ki
misl naheeñ to khud Rasool s.a.w.w ki Zaat-e-Grami tumhari misl kaisy ho sakti
hy), baishak Allah aisy logoñ ko (khoob) jaanta hy jo tum meiñ sy aik dusry ki
aarh meiñ (Darbaar-e-Risaalat s.a.w.w sy) chupky sy khissak jaty heñ, pus wo
log darreñ jo Rasool (s.a.w.w) k Amr (e-Addab) ki khilaaf-warzi kr rahy heñ k
(dunia meiñ he) onheñ koi aafat aa pohnchy gi ya (Aakhirat meiñ) on par
dard-naak azaab aan parhy ga¤
64.
Khabbar-daar!
Jo kuchh aasmanoñ aur zmeen meiñ hy (sb) Allah he ka hy, wo yaqinan jaanta hy jis
haal par tum ho (Emaan par ho ya Munaafiqat par), aur jis Din log Us ki tarraf
(Jazaa k liye) lotaey jaeñ gy to Wo onheñ bta dy ga jo kuchh wo kia krty thy, aur
Allah har cheez ko khoob jaan'ny wala hy¤ <LAST AAYAT OF SURAH AN-NOOR>
